GM Community Dealer Development (GMCDD) supports the GM vision of Building a Strong Future Together. The GMCDD is a collaboration of GM, our dealer partners and potential GM dealers. We are focused on pursuing opportunities to increase GM sales and market share by protecting and optimizing our dealer network and increasing throughput and profitability with our dealer partners.
GM sells vehicles to everyone everywhere.
GMCDD seeks to grow our pipeline by attracting highly qualified candidates to add to the GM family, including candidates who have faced barriers to participating in the automotive dealer community at large and candidates interested in operating dealerships within communities GM has targeted for market share growth.
GMCDD provides formalized mentorship and training for its members, which we see as a key to our success.
GMCDD welcomes applications from high-performing dealers or senior dealer managers of all backgrounds who meet our eligibility criteria, are aligned with GMCDD’s mission and are looking for their first GM dealership opportunity.
